1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of vecksel.com (the "Site"), operated by Vecksel LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Vecksel," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our services are covered by separate agreements
These terms cover the Site only. Paid services are governed by their own agreements: a Growth Audit by the Growth Audit Terms you accept at checkout, and ongoing engagements by a separate written agreement. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the service agreement controls.
3. Information on the Site
The Site, including the Playbook, is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice for your specific situation. Results described on the Site come from past work with specific brands and do not predict or guarantee results for your business.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the Vecksel name and logo, and Playbook articles, are owned by Vecksel or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission. Brand names shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used to describe our past work.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information through its forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vecksel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or its content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
