1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vecksel LLC ("Vecksel," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit vecksel.com (the "Site"), contact us, book a call or buy a service from us. If you have questions, email kelly@vecksel.com.

2. Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, company, website or LinkedIn URL, email address, inquiry type, monthly ad budget, how you found us, and your message.
  • Purchases: when you buy a Growth Audit, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, billing details and payment card information, along with any details requested at checkout. We receive your contact and order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Call bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
  • Client engagements: if you hire us, you may give us access to ad accounts, analytics tools, store platforms and related business data. We handle that information under the confidentiality terms of our agreement with you, such as our Growth Audit Terms.
  • Email and calls: anything you send us directly.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site and approximate location.

  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, including when buttons are clicked and when the contact form is sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Advertising pixels: we may use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our own ads and show our ads to people who have visited the Site. These tools may use cookies and collect information about your visit.
  • Hosting: our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs to operate and secure the Site.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, parts of the Site may not work as intended.

4. How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about working together.
  • To provide the services you buy, process payments and send related messages.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our own marketing.
  • To send occasional follow-up emails about our services to people who have contacted us or worked with us. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics and email), Stripe (payments) and Calendly (scheduling). They may use your information only to provide services to us, under their own privacy terms.
  • With people who help us deliver services, such as contractors bound by confidentiality, when needed for your engagement.
  • For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Vecksel or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this Policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When a client engagement ends, we remove our access to your accounts and return or delete your business data as described in our agreement with you.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing kelly@vecksel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Other websites

The Site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Stripe and Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
